This paper is heavier than decoupage tissue paper (75 gsm v 27 gsm) so less prone to wrinkling.  Apply in the usual manner with mod podge, and once dry seal with water based varnish.
 
Antique maps look so good on everything - desk tops, coffee table tops etc - fascinating to look at!
