Who can resist birds, buterfly's, script & tulips - not me.  Such a happy & vibrant print.  This paper is heavier than decoupage tissue paper but thinner than wallpaper so less prone to wrinkling & bubbling. Apply in the usual manner with mod podge, and once dry seal with water based varnish.
