They come in packs of 10.
You can use this sanding mesh directly with the sander or attach the 10mm thick Foam Interface Pad for sanding of a curved or detailed surface. 
Mesh is far superior to sandpaper - it will last longer and keep down dust.
Reusable: just vacuum, tap clean or wash off.  Dry.  And it is ready again.
