Place: This course runs from my home base in lower Mt Pleasant, Christchurch (12 mins from city centre). 
 
Currently people are loving restored wood - but NO-ONE wants the very dark stained mahogany or orange pine or rimu pieces.  But once you have sanded back your solid wood piece you can give it a new lease of life with a lighter look.
 
What is a Stain? What is a Paint Wash? What is a Glaze? Which is better? Why? How does it correct the colour of your wood?
