This course runs on Saturday mornings throughout the year from my home base in Mt Pleasant, Christchurch (12 mins from city centre).  Hands on learning in a fun environment.  You will leave the workshop feeling confident and knowledgeable in your ability to start upcycling, and what paints are available, and how to correctly apply a stencil.

  • This workshop offers a chance to get creative, and learn some new upcycling techniques – perfect for beginners. Stencilling is such a simple way to bring a fresh touch to your home or make a unique and stand-out gift.The course will cover stencil techniques, what tools are available and different techniques such as invisible stencilling, two colour stencilling, raised stencilling, stencilling with metallic paint and fabric stencilling. You will take home a 100% unique plant container upcycled in your choice of paint colour and stencil.
    This is a small class (min 4 – max 6), so it is very hands on, with lots of learning & laughter.
    Morning tea & a resource booklet are included.
    You will also have the opportunity to purchase stencils, paint and other upcycling supplies at a 5% discount on the day.
